Lee Ann Bonar has been actively involved in commercial and residential property management since 1990 and brings to Milestone a strong background in developing and maintaining positive working relationships between ownership, property management and tenants.

As Project Manager for Milestone, she is responsible for overseeing property managers on operational procedures and is actively involved in lease negotiations and contract resolution. In addition her strong financial background provides expertise in budget development, variance analysis, and financial statement review and evaluation.

Before joining Milestone, Ms. Bonar was Senior Property Manager for Jonna Companies where she managed over 2 million square feet of commercial, residential, and medical office space. There she oversaw several projects from inception through completion including the Lofts of Garfield at the Detroit Medical Center and the New Amsterdam Lofts in Detroit’s University Cultural Center. In addition, she managed the acquisition of several new properties and was responsible for a number of large renovation projects on both commercial and residential properties.

As Property Manager at Acquest Realty Advisors in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, Ms. Bonar managed a number of real estate investments across a variety of property types on behalf of pension fund clients. In this capacity she was responsible for negotiating leases, preparing monthly financial reports and overseeing all aspects of property budgets. Her responsibilities also included monitoring properties to evaluate preventative maintenance needs and their timely and cost effective implementation. Additionally, Ms. Bonar negotiated contracts with vendors and prepared CAM/Tax reconciliations.

Mrs. Bonar holds a real estate sales associate license in the state of Michigan.
