Ken Kelley brings more than four years of experience in loan origination and financial analysis to Milestone Realty Services. As Financial Analyst, he utilizes his strong background in mortgage banking, as well as his technical aptitude in commercial, residential and retail analysis, to complement the firm’s service capabilities.

Mr. Kelley interacts with county, city and local officials, and works with the asset management team and investment advisors in evaluating and structuring development projects and investment transactions on behalf of clients. This includes the development of pro forma financial models, gathering, interpreting and evaluating demographic and market data, and the preparation of presentation materials, offering memoranda and financial reports for clients.

Prior to joining Milestone, Mr. Kelley was a Senior Loan Officer with Heartland Home Finance, one the nation’s largest correspondent lenders. At Heartland, Mr. Kelley originated and closed in excess of $40 million in residential mortgages earning membership into the company’s Million Dollar Club. He also served as Heartland’s Sales Leadership Trainer responsible for training incoming loan officers and implementing new product development training for conventional and FHA loans.

Mr. Kelley previously worked for General Motors and Delphi Automotive Systems in Global Logistics and Purchasing negotiating sourcing contracts with domestic and international suppliers and facilitating management workshops for Tier I and Tier II suppliers.

Mr. Kelley is a graduate of Michigan State University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with emphasis in Finance and Corporate Marketing. He is pursuing his Masters of Business Administration at Wayne State University.
