Kristi Michalski has been actively involved in commercial real estate and supply chain management since 1990. She brings a strong background in financial management and client services to Milestone and utilizes her skills in forecasting, financial modeling, and pro-forma analysis to maximize returns on new and existing investments. Ms. Michalski is skilled in real estate project management and employs her financial and analytical strengths to complement significant asset management experience.

Formerly, Ms. Michalski was Vice President at Acquest Realty Advisors in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, where she managed real estate investments on behalf of pension fund clients. The real estate portfolio of assets she managed included a variety of property types with an emphasis on multi-family units and was valued at over $130 million. Asset management responsibilities included administer¬ing partnership agreements and loan documents, approving annual operating and capital budgets, and client reporting. In addition to asset manage¬ment, her responsibilities also included financial underwriting for new investments.

As a Finance Manager with Handleman Company, a $1.3 billion global music distribution company, Ms. Michalski managed the finances for a $40 million information technology department. There she was actively involved in contract and service management for large vendors such as IBM Global Services, Oracle Corporation, Forsythe Solutions, and Compuware.

Ms. Michalski is a graduate of Central Michigan University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with emphasis in Finance and Business Management. In addition she holds a real estate sales associate license in the state of Michigan.
